Food manufacturing is needing

Food manufacturing is needing to add Production and Packager workers to their facility in Richmond, BC.

Responsibilities may include:
• Reading written recipes
• Mixing and measuring
• Packaging

Requirements & Skills:
• 3+ months of experience working in some form of production/manufacturing shop
• Ability to read English instructions/recipes

Compensation Details:
• $14.64 per hour (day shift/afternoon shift rate)
• Rate increases twice annually per hour as you gain more experience and learn new skills on the production floor post probationary period.

• Benefits will start immediately once employment commences - No waiting period
• 2 pay increases annually
• $200 annual allowance for services (yoga, Shopify, etc.)
• $400 annual allowance for health-related expenses (prescription glasses etc.)
• Defined contribution plan up to 7% matching (5% automatic contribution + 2% additional matching)

Shifts: *Monday to Friday*
• Morning Shifts
• Afternoon Shifts
